Please keep in mind that you must study under a Criamon for a year (HoH:MC p. 49, box) to learn the ability, which seems to hint at the Initiation Script.
Here's my suggestion for an Initiation Script for Nimrod, with Deocastus ex Criamon as the Mystagogue (Pre +2, Criamon Lore 6):
Enigmatic Wisdom
The Initiate has to travel to the Cave of Twisting Shadows on the eve of his birthday. The journey must be made alone and by foot, and represents the effort and journey of being born anew with the knowledge of the Enigma. After spending a night at the Domus Magna, the Initiate begins the journey back to the Mystagogue's home, and on his way must acquire a gem offering for each of the Four Elements, to be sacrificed: Ruby, Emerald, Diamond and Sapphire. After the sacrifice the Initiate spends the rest of the year living with the Mystagogue, studying daily.
(+3 Travel to a specific place at a specific time, +3 Time Sacrifice by Mystagogue, +1 Wealth Sacrifice = +7)
This would mean Nimrod would spend at least 6 months living with Deocastus in Cogito, and since there is no element of the Initiation in there, I'm thinking he'd use the time to learn Philosophiae (Source Quality 16 x 2 = 32 XP).
How does that sound?
I know it's a big investment in time, but hey, no Flaw!
